The Glitter Girls

The Glitter Girls are a set of seven stunning designs of early 20th century fashions that recall the elegance and sophistication of that era. Each of the girls' dresses is stitched using rayon threads together with metallic threads and beaded accessories - all of which contribute to the glitz and the glamour of the design. Each of the seven girls is depicted standing on the steps of a country estate and when they are all combined into one sampler the effect is simply dazzling. Inspired by French pochoir prints these designs Bill Peters are a must for every lover of the Twenties.

The girls can be stitched individually or in groups, with or without our backstitch outline.

      Pack 1    

There are a number of options when purchasing the Glitter Girls:

Two chart packs are available, each with four girls (Jet being included in each pack). Pack 1 contains Emerald, Amber, Turquoise and Jet. Pack 2 contains Jet, Sapphire, Rose and Amethyst.

Kits are available for each girl individually.

A complete kit containing four girls (1 chart pack, materials, thread, beads etc.) is available.

Finally, a kit containing everything you need to stitch all seven girls is also available

Pack 2          

Kits are supplied with 18 hpi white aida although 14 hpi can be substituted on request.

Please note that when purchasing individual kits, the charts do not show the backstitch outline of the trees and steps. This is only shown on the charts in chart pack 1, chart pack 2 or in the complete kit of all 7 girls.

Size: each girl measures approximately 8" x 5" (19 cm x 11 cm) on 18 hpi and 10" x 7" (23 cm x 15 cm) on 14 hpi. The width may vary on different girls depending on arm position.
